Retail Purchase Returns

Products can be returned to us within 60 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   Please note we are a small company and cycling our inventory is crucial. Any returns sent beyond 7 days of receipt of the 90-day cut-off will be store credit only.  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery 

Retail Exchanges 

If you'd like to exchange one or more items you purchased for a different size, style or colour, follow the below process. Exchanges are allowed within 90 days of receiving your shipment.

How To Return (Exchanges see below)

  1. Email us at  and let us know if you'd like to do a return or exchange. We'll need your order # or the email address used to place the order plus details on what item you're exchanging or returning.
        If Returning:
  1. Ship back the item. You'll have the option to purchase a pre-paid printable flat rate Canada Post return label from us for $10. The $10 will be held back from the refund of your original order, or you can use the shipping provider of your choice. If you choose your own shipping provider, please note that we no longer offer a shipping credit for ship back postage. Please mail the package within 60 days of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund, otherwise it will be store credit.

  2. Wrap up the item securely in a package. Apply our pre-paid Canada Post label, USPS (or your own label) and mail back to us. (pls keep a tracking as items that do not reach us we are not liable for)

  3. Receipt of your return

We'll refund your item or order to your payment method on file excluding any outbound ship fees which are non-refundable, and if applicable, pre-paid return label fee.

Late or missing refunds 

After we have confirmed a refund and have not got your refund, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wholesale Blank Products

Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns of decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.

Return requests must be made within 7 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by The Good Tee Customer Service. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization #). All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.

Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of The Good Tee’s error.

Customer and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.

All sales are final on closeout items; returns are not acceptable on closeout items under any circumstances.
