Our Fairtrade scrunchies are made from upcycled materials. We used the same soft fabric from our Good t-shirts and utilized fabric from brands that canceled orders after Covid. This is one other way we support our factory. The Fairtrade scrunchie is perfect for your high ponies, messy buns, or just snap it around your wrists for an eco-friendly 90's touch. Scrunchies are gentler on the hair, causing less damage.

Good Care

Wash Cold/Wash Full: Wash your clothes in cold rather than hot. Wash full loads to save on the amount of energy you use. Switching to an Energy Starmuch as 7,000 gallons of water per year. Use enviro-friendly detergents.

Air Dry: Skip the dryer- it uses lots of energy and emits CO2. Instead, air dry outside or inside. If using a dryer, use dryer balls to shorten drying time. Ditch the dryer sheets, they contain nasty chemicals. 

Wash Less: Spot clean. It’s that simple.

What is the return policy?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we are a small company and cycling our inventory is crucial. Any returns sent beyond 7 days of receipt of the 60-day cut-off will be store credit only. 

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be refunded.

- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery will not be refunded.


How can I initiate a return?

If you wish to initiate a return, simply submit a return request through this link. You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with the return. This will begin the return process. Then you will be contacted by The Good Team with instructions for the return. If you have any trouble, email us at hello@thegoodtee.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

USA or International Return?

Late or missing refunds 

After we have confirmed a refund and have not got your refund, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What are non-refundable items?

Face masks and sleeping eye masks cannot be refunded due to sanitary reasons. Used tie dye kits are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges are allowed within 60 days of receiving your order. If you'd like to exchange one or more items you purchased for a different size, style or colour, follow the below process. 


How can I initiate an exchange?

If you wish to initiate an exchange, simply submit an exchange request through this link. You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with the exchange, alongside what item(s) you would want to receive in the exchange. This will begin the exchange process. Then you will be contacted by The Good Team with instructions for the return. If you have any trouble, email us at hello@thegoodtee.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


What shipping courier should I use for the exchange?

If you choose to ship the exchange yourself, you may choose any courier service that works best for you.


What are the shipping costs for an exchange?

You’ll have the option to purchase a prepaid shipping label through us, it will cost $12 CAD  or $12 USD (USA residents), which will be invoiced to you. Once we have received payment for the shipping label, we will send you the prepaid shipping label and instructions for the exchange.

For customers outside of North America, you will have to ship the return on your own through your chosen courier service.

Once we receive your returned item(s) back, we will then send you the exchange item(s) requested, in which shipping the item(s) to you will then be covered by us.


What happens if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

If the item, colour, or size you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will have the option of receiving a refund, or store credit in the form of an online gift card. 


Received the wrong item?

Simply initiate the exchange process, by clicking on the link, here, and select the reason of return as “incorrect item received.” The Good Team will help you from there.


I ordered through Hudson’s Bay, how do I initiate an exchange?

For Hudson’s Bay orders, we can only exchange items that are of the same value. You will need to email us at hello@thegoodtee.com to initiate the exchange process.

 

Gift Cards and Store Credits

Gift Returns 

Orders purchased as a gift will receive a gift card for the paid price of the returned items. Once we receive your return, a gift card will be emailed to the email on your return authorization form. 


Gift Cards

Returns or exchanges made by a gift card will be refunded in full or for the difference in exchanges and returned to the original gift card, or if not possible, a new gift card.

All gift cards are final sale. They are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and not for resale. 


Wholesale Returns

Wholesale Blank Products

Please inspect your merchandise before printing. We cannot accept returns of decorated or washed garments under any circumstances.

Return requests must be made within 7 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by The Good Tee Customer Service. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to freight.

Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of The Good Tee’s error.

Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.

All sales are final on closeout items; returns are not acceptable on closeout items under any circumstances.

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

All packages are shipped via Canada Post to Canada and USPS to USA. Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. The Good Tee is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

All packages shipped internationally may incur duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot provide estimates on duties. Other countries (outside Canada and the US) may charge duties, tariffs, VAT's, and other potential fees specific to your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for more information about potential fees and charges.

If a shipment is undeliverable or rejected by the customer for any reason, we will deduct from any refunds all shipping and handling charges The Good Tee incurred to ship the order.

Our selected partners will be able to purchase, and/or customize our premium organic apparel at wholesale prices. We also offer private labelling services and screen-printing for your brand, cause or message.

Perfect Scrunchie

I'm very skeptical about scrunchies since I have super thick hair, but this Good Tee scrunchie HOLDS UP. I can easily have my hair in a messy bun without it all falling apart or worse, having the scrunchie snap and break. I got the mauve color, which is gorgeous, and it's really nice knowing that they were made with upcycled materials.
