Good Care

Wash Cold/Wash Full: Wash your clothes in cold rather than hot. Wash full loads to save on the amount of energy you use. Switching to an Energy Starmuch as 7,000 gallons of water per year. Use enviro-friendly detergents.

Air Dry: Skip the dryer- it uses lots of energy and emits CO2. Instead, air dry outside or inside. If using a dryer, use dryer balls to shorten drying time. Ditch the dryer sheets, they contain nasty chemicals.

Wash Less: Spot clean. It’s that simple.

Definitely worthwhile!

I had fun doing my very own tie dye, especially seeing the results 😁 I did a lot of preparation, looking up tie dye techniques, deciding which colours to use, reading the directions carefully. I did all the mordanting the day before dyeing to break up the tasks. It is a lengthy process but so worth it! Plus it feels great knowing the ingredients are all natural. I bought the purple/yellow and pink/orange kits. The purple and pink came out beautifully! I didn't use the orange (madder root) yet, and the yellow result was good. I think I didn't soak my fabric in the yellow dye for long enough or hot enough, but I'm still happy with it. Totally recommend! Just know what you're getting into :)

All I have to say is three words. wow! wow! Wow!!! thank you sew much for your feedback it means alot!
